Withdrawal of Contract

You have 14 days to decide whether you would like to keep the items, and within this period you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. 

Please note: a full refund for your return can only be issued if the items arrive with us in their original packaging and unused.  For items that have been used, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the refund amount. Returns of vouchers and e-vouchers are likewise excluded.

We cover the cost of return shipping within Germany on your behalf. Free returns for Germany can be registered at https://bismarckandco.de/apps/returns.

Please note that processing your return may take up to 14 days. To ensure prompt processing, please enclose the completed returns form.

All customers returning items from outside Germany must cover the return shipping costs themselves and send the return to the following address:
